AFRICA IN THE AMERICAS: ALMA X MAGDALENA
In celebration of Black History Month, Alma is exploring the African roots deeply woven into African American and Latin American cuisine.
Chefs Héctor Romero and Scott Bacon have crafted a four‑course menu pulling from migration, memory, and the pulse of Baltimore’s kitchens. The night will be a collaboration between Black and Latinx chefs that honors diaspora, resilience, and the power of gathering at a shared table. Expect intensity, depth, and dishes that refuse to play small.
Dinner will be four-courses, served family style, at communal tables with old and new friends. Tickets are $90. Curated spirit & spirit-free cocktails, wine, & beer will be available a la carte.
