On Monday, February 23, 2026, our Alma community will gather to support two beloved members of our family: Chefs Héctor Romero and Fernando Bertelsen. Their artistry and generosity have shaped our kitchen in profound ways, and we are committed to standing beside them and supporting the renewal of their O‑1 visas, a rigorous and costly process required for them to continue sharing their extraordinary talent with our city.

We aim to raise $26,000 to cover the legal fees associated with their visas. Every dollar contributed goes directly to this purpose. Our staff is donating their time, and vendors have generously contributed food and drink so that 100% of proceeds support the chefs.

The evening will be a cocktail‑style fundraiser featuring elevated hors d’oeuvres created by the chefs, and a limited‑menu open bar.
